Item8677: adding a "#FormatSpecifiers" anchor in the inline documentation for JSCalendarContrib
The format specifiers that can be seen in System.JSCalendarContrib documentation are actually
inserted from the inline POD documentation written inside the Perl module. The needed anchor is thus
added to JSCalendarContrib.pm
