Item684: Preparing the 1.0.0 release
To give a good impression to the users I updated the time stamps of all core documents (no plugins) to be the
date of our release 09 Jan 2009 12:00.
Updated release note version number in Foswiki.pm, etc
There are as I check this in 4 hours till I build the release 1.0.0
