Item9415: Converting TipsContrib to use DataForms

  • Some of these tips are embarassingly old.
  • Made them TOPICINFO{ ... format="1.1" instead of 1.0.
  • Split plugin-specific tips into their respective plugins
  • Make the FAQs app use its own FAQForm instead of BasicForm. Agonised over that decision for a while; essentially, for the purposes of demonstrating Foswiki wiki-apps, it seemed easier than overloading BasicForm too much when it comes to View and Edit templates
  • Property svn:special set to *
